I remember eating crepes at my dad's restaurant and drowning them in english cream, sooo yummy! What about you guys, ever miss good old english cream? Or any sweet cream for that matter? Well, say no more, cashews have come to the rescue once again in this cashew english cream recipe!
Vegan (GF) English Cream

Total time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1 cup
Ingredients
1 cup cashews (unsalted, raw)
3/4-1 cup hot water
2 tbsp of syrup (agave, honey, maple)
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients at high speed until you get a thick and creamy consistency. Start with 3/4 cups of water. Add water for a thinner cream.
