Peanut butter. Dates. Banana. Simple yet so delicious. Must I say more?

Peanut butter & date Smoothie

Total time: 3 minutes
Servings: 1 tall glass
Ingredients
3 Medjool dates (if using other dates that are smaller, use 5-6)
1 banana
2 tbsp peanut butter
3/4-1 cup of plant-based milk
6 ice cubes
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend at high speed for 1 minute. Start with 3/4 of milk.
Adjust the milk ratio to your liking. Add more liquid for a thinner smoothie.
