Peanut butter, Dates and Banana smoothie (Vegan, GF)

Peanut butter. Dates. Banana. Simple yet so delicious. Must I say more?



Peanut butter & date Smoothie

Prep time: 1 minutes

Total time: 3 minutes

Servings: 1 tall glass

Ingredients

  • 3 Medjool dates (if using other dates that are smaller, use 5-6)

  • 1 banana

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 3/4-1 cup of plant-based milk

  • 6 ice cubes

  • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend at high speed for 1 minute. Start with 3/4 of milk.

  2. Adjust the milk ratio to your liking. Add more liquid for a thinner smoothie.

  3. Enjoy!
